حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا طَاهِرُ بْنُ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ إِلْيَاسَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ عَنِ الشِّفَاءِ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ اسْتَسْقَى يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَقَالَ «اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا» وَحَوَّلَ رِدَاءَهُ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed for rain on Friday in the mosque, raised his hands, and said, “Seek forgiveness from your Lord; indeed He is ever Forgiving,” and he turned his cloak.
