حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ

تَذَاكَرَ هُوَ وَمَرْوَانُ الْوُضُوءَ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ فَقَالَ مَرْوَانُ حَدَّثَتْنِي بُسْرَةُ بِنْتُ صَفْوَانَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «يَأْمُرُ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ» فَكَأَنَّ عُرْوَةَ لَمْ يَرْفَعْ لِحَدِيثِهِ فَأَرْسَلَ مَرْوَانُ إِلَيْهَا شُرْطِيًّا فَرَجَعَ فَأَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُ بِالْوُضُوءِ مِنْ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ

✧ He and Marwan discussed ablution due to touching the private part. Marwan said: Busrah bint Safwan narrated to me that she heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanding ablution due to touching the private part. It was as if Urwah did not accept his narration as marfu'. So Marwan sent a guard to her, and he returned and informed them that she had heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanding ablution due to touching the private part.
