حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْمُسْتَمْلِي ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَتْ

حَفْصَةُ «اجْتَنِبْ هَذَا الرَّجُلَ فَإِنَّا كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ أَنَّ الدَّجَّالَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ غَضْبَةٍ يَغْضَبُهَا» وَمَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ مِثْلَهُ

✧ Ḥafṣah said, “Avoid this man, for we used to speak of the Dajjāl emerging from an outburst of anger he would have.” And Maʿmar from al-Zuhrī reported the like of it.
