حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الصَّوَّافُ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النُّمَيْرِيُّ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ أَزْوَاجَهُ أَنْ يُحْلِلْنَ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ قَالَتْ حَفْصَةُ فَمَا يَمْنَعُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنْ تُحِلَّ؟ قَالَ «إِنِّي قَلَّدْتُ هَدْيِي وَلَبَّدْتُ رَأْسِي فَلَسْتُ أُحِلُّ حَتَّى أَنْحَرَ الْهَدْيَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ commanded his wives to exit ihram in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage. Hafsah said: 'What prevents you, O Messenger of God, from exiting ihram?' He said: 'I have garlanded my sacrificial animal and matted my hair, so I will not exit ihram until I slaughter the sacrificial animal.'
