حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْخَطَّابِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ بُهْلُولٍ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ عُمَرَ قَالَتْ

أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ نِسَاءَهُ عَامَ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ أَنْ يُحْلِلْنَ قَالَتْ حَفْصَةُ فَمَا يَمْنَعُكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنْ تُحِلَّ؟ قَالَ «إِنِّي لَبَّدْتُ رَأْسِي وَقَلَّدْتُ هَدْيِي فَلَا أُحِلُّ حَتَّى أُحِلَّ مِنْ حَجَّتِي»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ commanded his wives in the year of the Farewell Pilgrimage to exit ihram. Hafsah said: 'What prevents you, O Messenger of God, from exiting ihram?' He said: 'I have matted my hair and garlanded my sacrificial animal, so I will not exit ihram until I exit ihram from my Hajj.'
