حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْغَنِيِّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَنْ مُقَاتِلِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {أُولَئِكَ مُبَرَّءُونَ مِمَّا يَقُولُونَ} «يُرِيدُ بَرَاءَةَ اللهِ مِنْ كَذِبِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُبَيٍّ ابْنِ سَلُولَ» {لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ} «يُرِيدُ عِصْمَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَمَغْفِرَةٌ فِي الْآخِرَةِ» {وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ} «يُرِيدُ رِزْقُ الْجَنَّةِ وَثَوَابٌ عَظِيمٌ»
Translation

✧ From Ibn Abbas: {Those are declared innocent of what they say}: “He means Allah's declaration of innocence from the lie of Abdullah b. Ubayy b. Salul.” {For them is forgiveness}: “He means protection in this world and forgiveness in the Hereafter.” {And noble provision}: “He means the provision of Paradise and a great reward.”
