حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ قَالَ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ الشَّامِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ رُوَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ بَدَأَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَصَلَّى فِيهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ بَدَأَ بِبَيْتِ فَاطِمَةَ ثُمَّ أَتَى بُيُوتَ نِسَائِهِ قَالَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَوَضَعَتْ يَدَهَا عَلَى خَدِّهٍ وَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي قَد اِخْلَوْلَقَت ثِيَابُكَ فَقَالَ «يَا فَاطِمَةُ بَعَثَ اللهُ أَبَاكِ بِأَمْرْ لَا يَبْقَى بَيْتٌ مَدَرٌ وَلَا وَبَرٌ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ بِأَبِيكِ عِزًّا حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ حَيْثُ يَبْلُغُ اللَّيْلُ»

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ returned from a journey, he would begin with the mosque and pray two rak'ahs in it, then he would begin with the house of Fatimah, then he would go to the houses of his wives. He entered upon her, and she placed her hand on his cheek and said, 'O Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be your ransom, your clothes have become worn out.' He said, 'O Fatimah, Allah has sent your father with a matter by which there will not remain a house of mud or fur except that Allah will bring into it honor through your father, until it reaches wherever the night reaches.'
