حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ الرَّاسِبِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ أَعْيَنَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ مِرْدَانِبَةَ عَنْ رَقَبَةَ بْنِ مَصْقَلَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا هَلَكَ كِسْرَى فَلَا كِسْرَى بَعْدَهُ وَإِذَا هَلَكَ قَيْصَرُ فَلَا قَيْصَرَ بَعْدَهُ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتُنْفَقَنَّ كُنُوزُهُمَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ ﷻ»

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ say: “When Kisra perishes, there will be no Kisra after him; and when Caesar perishes, there will be no Caesar after him. By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, their treasures will surely be spent in the cause of Allah ﷻ.”
