حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَزِيزٍ الْمَوْصِلِيُّ قَالَ ثنا غَسَّانُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ثنا أَبُو إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ

قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ سَعِّرْ لَنَا قَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ هُوَ الْمُسَعِّرُ الْقَابِضُ الْبَاسِطُ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أَلْقَى اللهَ وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ يَطْلُبُنِي بِمَظْلَمَةٍ فِي عَرَضٍ وَلَا مَالٍ»

✧ They said, 'O Messenger of Allah, set prices for us.' He said, 'Indeed Allah is the One who sets prices, withholds, and gives generously. I hope to meet Allah while none of you has a claim against me for injustice in honor or wealth.'
