حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْرُوقِيُّ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

«دَفَعْتُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِالْأَبْطَحِ فِي قُبَّةٍ فَخَرَجَ بِلَالٌ فَنَادَى بِالصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ بِلَالٌ فَأَخْرَجَ الْعَنَزَةَ فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَرَكَزَ الْعَنَزَةَ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ فَصَلَّى لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ الْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ»

Translation

✧ I handed over to the Prophet ﷺ at al-Abtah in a dome. Bilal came out and called the prayer, then Bilal went in and brought out the spear. The Prophet ﷺ came out, fixed the spear in the ground, and led the prayer. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed with us while a donkey and a woman passed in front of him.
