حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنَا خُصَيْلَةُ بِنْتُ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ أَبَاهَا يَقُولُ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا الْعَصَبِيَّةُ؟ قَالَ «أَنْ تُعِينَ قَوْمَكَ عَلَى الظُّلْمِ»

Translation

✧ She heard her father say: I said: O Messenger of Allah, what is tribalism? He said: 'That you help your people in wrongdoing.'
