حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزْدَادَ التَّوْزِيُّ ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ شُجَاعٍ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنِي حَبِيبُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي قَالَ

لَقِيتُ وَاثِلَةَ يَوْمَ عِيدٍ فَقُلْتُ تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا وَمِنْكَ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا وَمِنْكَ

Translation

✧ I met Wathila on the day of Eid and said, “May Allah accept from us and from you.” He replied, “Yes, may Allah accept from us and from you.”
