حَدَّثَنَا طَالِبُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ الْأَذَنِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّبَّاعُ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
«اسْتُكْرِهَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَدَرَأَ عَنْهَا الْحَدَّ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهَا وَلَمْ يُذْكَرْ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ لَهَا مَهْرًا»
