حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ اسْتَفْتَاهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ

الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ «قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِغُرَّةٍ» فَشَهِدَ لَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ

✧ Al-Mughirah b. Shu'bah said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in it with a ghurrah." Muhammad b. Maslamah al-Ansari testified for him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled with it.
