حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ثنا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ قَالَ شَهِدَ عِنْدِي نَفَرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ مِنْهُمُ الْحَسَنُ عَلَى مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَتَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يَحْتَجِمُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَقَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ»
