حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

رَأَى نَاسٌ نَارًا فِي مَقْبَرَةٍ فَأَتَوْهَا فَإِذَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «نَاوِلُونِي صَاحِبَكُمْ» وَإِذَا هُوَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي كَانَ يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ بِالذِّكْرِ

Translation

✧ People saw a fire in a graveyard, so they came to it, and there was the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Hand me your companion,' and he was the man who used to raise his voice in remembrance.
