حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي مُزَاحِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ يَزِيدَ

«أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرًّ الْغِفَارِيَّ كَانَ يَخْدُمُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَإِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ خِدْمَتِهِ أَوَى إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَاضْطَجَعَ فِيهِ فَكَانَ هُوَ بَيْتَهُ»

✧ Abu Dharr al-Ghifari used to serve the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. When he finished his service, he would retire to the mosque and lie down in it, and it was his home.
