حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ قَالَ سُئِلَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ
عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ وَرَاجَعَ وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ؟ فَقَالَ «طَلَّقَ فِي غَيْرِ سُنَّةٍ وَرَاجَعَ فِي غَيْرِ عِدَّةٍ لِيُشْهِدِ الْآنَ»
