حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْقَزَّازُ الْبَصْرِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ ابْنَ ابْنِي مَاتَ فَمَا لِي مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ؟ قَالَ «لَكَ السُّدُسُ» فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ دَعَاهُ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ السُّدُسَ الْآخَرَ طُعْمَةٌ»

✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Indeed, the son of my son has died. What is my portion of his inheritance?" He said, "You have the sixth." When he turned to leave, the Prophet called him back and said, "Indeed, the remaining sixth is a provision."
