حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ إِنْ بَاعَ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ عَيْبٌ إِلَّا يُبَيِّنُهُ لَهُ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: "The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim. It is not lawful for a Muslim, if he sells something to his brother that has a defect, unless he makes it clear to him."
