حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْمُؤْمِنُ أَخُو الْمُؤْمِنِ لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُؤْمِنٍ أَنْ يَبْتَاعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ وَلَا يَخْطُبَ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The believer is the brother of the believer. It is not lawful for a believer to purchase against the purchase of his brother until he leaves it, nor to propose against his proposal until he leaves it."
