حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي سُوَيْدٍ الذِّرَاعُ ثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ وَيَحْيَى بْنَ أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثَانِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ أَحَقَّ مَا وَفَّيْتُمْ بِهِ مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ فُرُوجَ النِّسَاءِ» أَوْ قَالَ «مَا اسْتُحِلَّ بِهِ الْفُرُوجُ»
