حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ أَعْيَنَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِقَالٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الشَّامِيِّ أُرَاهُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ
لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكَ خَيْرَ ثَلَاثِ سُوَرٍ أُنْزِلَتْ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالزَّبُورِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ؟» قُلْتُ عَلِّمْنِي يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مِمَّا عَلَّمَكَ اللهُ فَقَرَأَ قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ وَقُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ «إِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أنْ لَا تَبِيتَ لَيْلَةً حَتَّى تَقْرَأَهُنَّ وَلَا يَمُرَّ بِكَ يَوْمٌ حَتَّى تَقْرَأَهُنَّ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me: “Shall I not tell you of the best three surahs revealed in the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms, and the Criterion?” I said: “Teach me, O Messenger of Allah, from what Allah has taught you.” Then he recited: “Say: He is Allah, the One,” “Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,” and “Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.” He said: “If you can, do not let a night pass without reciting them, and do not let a day pass without reciting them.”
