حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الدَّالَانِيِّ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ عَرْفَجَةَ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يَكُونُ بَعْدِي هَنَاتٌ وَهَنَاتٌ فَطَوَّلَ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ وَأمْرُهُمْ جَمِيعٌ فَاقْتُلُوهُ كَائِنًا مَنْ كَانَ حَلَفَ مَا اسْتَثْنَى أَحَدًا مِنَ النَّاسِ»

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "After me there will be troubles and tribulations." He prolonged his voice with it. "So whoever intends to divide the community of Muhammad ﷺ while their affair is united, then kill him, whoever he may be. He swore an oath and did not except anyone from the people."
