حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالُوا ثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ أَشْرَسَ ثَنَا سُوَيْدُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ صَاحِبُ الطَّعَامِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ
يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُّ الصَّلَاةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ «طُولُ الْقُنُوتِ» قَالَ أَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ «جُهْدُ الْمُقِلِّ» قَالَ أَيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَكْمَلُ؟ قَالَ «أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا»
