حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمْزَةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَبُو النَّضْرِ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ثنا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْفَعُ مَعَهُنَّ عَمَلٌ الشِّرْكُ بِاللهِ وَعُقُوقُ الْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالْفِرَارُ مِنَ الزَّحْفِ

Translation

  3. Yazīd b. Rabīʿah
  4. Abū al-Ashʿath
  5. Thawbān

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “Three things with which no deed benefits: associating partners with God, disobedience to parents, and fleeing from the battlefield.”
