حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷻ لِلْعُلَمَاءِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِذَا قَعَدَ عَلَى كُرْسِيِّهِ لِقَضَاءِ عِبَادِهِ إِنِّي لَمْ أَجْعَلْ عِلْمِي وحُكْمِي فِيكُمْ إِلَّا وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَغْفِرَ لَكُمْ عَلَى مَا كَانَ فِيكُمْ وَلَا أُبَالِي

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: God (mighty and majestic is He) will say to the scholars on the Day of Resurrection, when He sits on His throne to judge His servants: 'I did not place My knowledge and My wisdom among you except that I intend to forgive you for what is in you, and I do not care.'
