حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مِقْسَمٍ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «يَأْخُذُ الْجَبَّارُ سَمَاوَاتِهِ وَأَرْضَهُ بِيَدَيْهِ» وَقَبَضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَدَهُ وَجَعَلَ يَقْبِضُهَا وَيَبْسُطُهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ فَيَقُولُ «أَنَا الرَّحْمَنُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ أَيْنَ الْجَبَّارُونَ؟ أَيْنَ الْمُتَكَبِّرُونَ؟» وَتَمَايَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ حَتَّى نَظَرْتُ إِلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَتَحَرَّكُ مِنْ أَسْفَلِ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ حَتَّى أَقُولُ أَسَاقِطٌ هُوَ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟
Translation

✧ He heard 'Abdullah b. 'Umar say, 'I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the pulpit saying, "The Compeller will take His heavens and His earth in His hands," and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ closed his hand and began clenching and opening it. Then he said, "I am the Most Merciful, I am the King. Where are the tyrants? Where are the arrogant?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ swayed to his right and to his left until I looked at the pulpit moving from its lowest part, to the point that I said, "Will it fall with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"'
