حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ فَكَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ ظَلْمَاءُ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ أَمَرَ مُنَادِيًا أَنْ يُنَادِيَ أَنْ «صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ»

✧ We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a journey, and it was a dark night. The Prophet’s ﷺ mu’adhdhin called the adhan, and he prayed. Then he ordered a crier to announce: “Pray in your dwellings.”
