حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الْمُهَلَّبِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ بَشْرٍ السُّلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يُوشِكُ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ نَارٌ تُضِيءُ أَعْنَاقَ الْإِبِلِ بِبُصْرَى تَسِيرُ سَيْرَ بَطِيئَةِ الْإِبِلِ تَسِيرُ النَّهَارَ وَتُقِيمُ اللَّيْلَ تَغْدُو وَتَرُوحُ يُقَالُ غَدَتِ النَّارُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَاغْدُو قَالَتِ النَّارُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَقِيلوا رَاحَتْ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَرُوحُوا مَنْ أَدْرَكْتُهُ أَكَلْتُهُ

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "A fire is about to emerge that will illuminate the necks of camels in Buṣrā, moving at the pace of a slow camel: it will travel by day and halt by night. It will go forth in the morning and return in the evening. It will be said: 'The fire has set out, O people, so set out!' The fire will say: 'O people, take your midday rest!' It will return, saying: 'O people, return!' Whoever it overtakes, it will consume."
