حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

شُغِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى غَرَبَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «شَغَلُونَا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى مَلَأَ اللهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was distracted from the 'Asr prayer until the sun had set. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "They distracted us from the middle prayer. May Allah fill their graves and their homes with fire."
