حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ الْجَعْدٍ ثنا قَتَادَةُ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عُتَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَبِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ: "A man came to the Prophet of Allah ﷺ and claimed that he had had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating. The Prophet ﷺ commanded him to give a dinar in charity; if he could not find one, then half a dinar."
