حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «دِيَةُ الْمُكَاتَبِ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ الْحُرِّ وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةُ الْعَبْدِ»
