حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي رَمَضَانَ إِلَى حُنَيْنٍ وَالنَّاسُ مُخْتَلِفُونَ فَصَائِمٌ وَمُفْطِرٌ فَلَمَّا اسْتَوَى عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ دَعَا بِإِنَاءٍ مِنْ لَبَنٍ أَوْ مَاءٍ فَشَرِبَهُ قَالَ فَوَضَعَهُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ ثُمَّ بَصُرَ النَّاسُ فَقَالَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ لِلصُّوَّامِ أَفْطِرُوا

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ set out in Ramadan to Hunayn while the people differed, some fasting and some not. When he was settled on his mount, he called for a vessel of milk or water and drank it. He said: "Then he placed it on his mount, and the people saw him. Those not fasting said to those fasting: 'Break your fast.'"
