حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُدِّيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ السَّمَّاكُ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ثنا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «سَجَدَ وَهُوَ بِمَكَّةَ بِالنَّجْمِ وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْجِنُّ وَالْإِنْسُ» وَقَالَ حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «سَجَدَ بِمَكَّةَ فَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ»

✧ That the Prophet ﷺ prostrated while he was in Makkah at [the recitation of] al-Najm, and the Muslims, the polytheists, the jinn, and the humans prostrated with him. And Hafs b. ʿUmar said in his hadith: Indeed, the Prophet ﷺ prostrated in Makkah, and the Jews, the Christians, and the polytheists prostrated with him.
