حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«رُخِّصَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِ الْحَيَّةِ وَالْعَقْرَبِ وَالْفَأْرِ وَالْحِدَأَةِ وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ»
