حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْباعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْخَمْرُ أُمُّ الْفَوَاحِشِ وَأَكْبَرُ الْكَبَائِرِ مَنْ شَرِبَهَا وَقَعَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ وَخَالَتِهِ وَعَمَّتِهِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “Wine is the mother of indecencies and the greatest of major sins. Whoever drinks it may fall upon his mother, his maternal aunt, and his paternal aunt.”
