حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ مُحْرِمٌ فَغُشِي عَلَيْهِ فَنَهَى النَّاسَ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَنْ يَحْتَجِمَ الصَّائِمُ كَرَاهِيَةَ الضَّعْفِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was cupped while he was fasting and in ihram, and he fainted. So he forbade people that day from a fasting person being cupped, out of dislike for weakness.
