حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ الصَّفَّارُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةٌ أَوْ مَا فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةٌ» شَكَّ عَلِيُّ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ «مَا عَلَيْهَا وَرَقَةٌ إِلَّا مَكْتُوبٌ عَلَيْهَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ الصِّدِّيقُ عُمَرُ الْفاروقُ عُثْمَانُ ذُو النُّورَيْنِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “In Paradise there is a tree,” or “There is no tree in Paradise” – ʿAlī b. Jamīl was uncertain – “that does not have a leaf except that it is written on it: There is no god but Allah, Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allah, Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq, ʿUmar al-Fārūq, ʿUthmān Dhū al-Nūrayn.”
