حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ رَأَيْتُ عِيسَى وَمُوسَى وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ فَأَمَّا عِيسَى فَأَحْمَرُ جَعْدٌ عَرِيضُ الصَّدْرِ وَأَمَّا مُوسَى فَآدَمُ جَسِيمٌ سَبِطٌ كَأَنَّهُ مِنْ رِجَالِ الزُّطِّ فَقَالُوا لَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ؟ قَالَ «انْظُرُوا إِلَى صَاحِبِكُمْ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “I saw Jesus, Moses, and Abraham (peace be upon them all). As for Jesus, he was reddish, with curly hair and a broad chest. As for Moses, he was dark-skinned, large-bodied, and straight-haired, as if he were from the men of the Zutt.” They said to him: “And Abraham?” He said: “Look at your companion.”
