حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَارُودِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ سَنْدِيلَةَ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ أَبِي يُوسُفَ عَنْ بَيَانِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ
عَنْ بِلَالٍ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ رَفَعَ بَصَرَهُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَقَالَ «سُبْحَانَ اللهِ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْفَقْرَ إِرْسَالَ الْقَطْرِ»

✧ On the authority of Bilal, who traced it back to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: he raised his gaze to the sky and said: 'Glory be to Allah, who sends poverty upon them like the sending of rain.'
