✧ "O Abu Al-Abbas, does the killer have a chance for repentance?" Ibn Abbas replied, "I'm amazed by your question. What do you say?" He repeated the question to him again, and Ibn Abbas asked him, "What do you say?" After repeating the question two or three times, Ibn Abbas said, "How can he repent? I heard your Prophet ﷺ say, 'The slain person will come on the Day of Resurrection, with his head held in one hand and his killer in the other, covered in blood until he reaches the throne. Then, the slain person will say to Allah, 'My Lord, this person killed me,' and Allah ﷻ will say to the killer, 'You are doomed,' and he will be taken to Hell.'"
