حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبَيْتَ وَدَخَلَ مَعَهُ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَبِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ فَأَطَالَ الْمُكْثَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَابْتَدَرْتُ النَّاسَ فَكُنْتُ فِي أَوَّلِ مَنْ دَخَلَ فَلَقِيتُ بِلَالًا فَقُلْتُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ «بَيْنَ الْأُسْطَوَانَتَيْنِ الْمُقَدَّمَتَيْنِ» قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ «وَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَهُ كَمْ صَلَّى»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered the House, and with him entered al-Fadl b. Abbas, Usamah b. Zayd, Bilal, and Uthman b. Talhah. He prolonged his stay, then came out. I hurried ahead of the people and was among the first to enter. I met Bilal and asked, “Where did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray?” He said, “Between the two front pillars.” Ibn Umar said, “I forgot to ask him how many (rakahs) he prayed.”
