حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ كَأَنَّهُ عَلَى الرَّضْفِ فَأَقُولُ حَتَّى يَقُومَ فَيَقُولُ حَتَّى يَقُومَ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Abū Muslim al-Kashhī
  2. Sulaymān b. Ḥarb
  3. Shuʿbah
  4. Saʿd b. Ibrāhīm
  5. Abū ʿUbaydah from his father

✧ The Prophet ﷺ, when he was in the two rak'ahs, was as if on hot stones. I would say, 'Until he stands,' and he would say, 'Until he stands.'
