machine translationThis ḥadīth is false (bāṭil). We do not know that Ibrāhīm b. Maysarah transmitted with a connected chain (asnada) from Ṭāwūs from Ibn ʿAbbās anything except one ḥadīth: that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Nothing like marriage has been seen for two who love one another." Al-Tinnīsī narrated to us, he said: Muḥammad b. Muslim narrated to us.

machine translationIn it is Muḥammad b. ʿUmar b. al-Rūmī, whom Ibn Ḥibbān declared trustworthy (wathaqahu), while a group of scholars declared him weak (ḍaʿʿafūhu); and the rest of its narrators are trustworthy (thiqāt).
