حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُبَرِّدُ النَّحْوِيُّ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَبُو الْخَطَّابِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ أَبُو عَتَّابٍ الدَّلَّالُ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْبَجَلِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يُصْبِحُ صَائِمًا إِلَّا فُتِحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ، وَسَبَّحَتْ لَهُ أَعْضَاؤُهُ، وَاسْتَغْفَرَ لَهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا إِلَى أَنْ تَوَارَى بِالْحِجَابِ، فَإِنْ صَلَّى رَكْعَةً أَوْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ تَطَوُّعًا أَضَاءَتْ لَهُ السَّمَاوَاتُ نُورًا، وَقُلْنَ أَزْوَاجُهُ مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ: اللَّهُمَّ اقْبِضْهُ إِلَيْنَا فَقَدِ اشْتَقْنَا إِلَى رُؤْيَتِهِ، فَإِنْ هُوَ هَلَّلَ أَوْ سَبَّحَ أَوْ كَبَّرَ تَلَقَّتْهُ مَلَائِكَةٌ يَكْتُبُونَهَا إِلَى أَنْ تَوَارَى بِالْحِجَابِ

✧ No servant begins the day fasting except that the gates of heaven are opened for him, his limbs glorify Allah for him, and the inhabitants of the lowest heaven seek forgiveness for him until the sun sets. If he prays one or two rak'ahs voluntarily, the heavens shine with light for him, and his wives from among the houris say: 'O Allah, take his soul to us, for we long to see him.' If he says 'la ilaha illallah', or glorifies Allah, or says 'Allahu akbar', angels receive those words and record them until the sun sets.
