حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ طَاهِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي قُتَيْلَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ بُخْتٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

كُلُّ رَاعٍ مَسْؤُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ
