✧ While the Messenger of God ﷺ was delivering a sermon, a man came stepping over people's necks until he sat close to the Prophet ﷺ. When the Messenger of God ﷺ finished his prayer, he said: "What prevented you, O so-and-so, from coming to Friday prayer?" He said: "O Messenger of God, I was keen to place myself in the place you see." He said: "I saw you stepping over people's necks and harming them. Whoever harms a Muslim has harmed me, and whoever harms me has harmed God, Mighty and Majestic."
