حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَطْرُوحٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيُّ الصُّبَاحِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي جُمُعَةٍ مِنَ الْجُمَعِ: مَعَاشِرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، إِنَّ هَذَا يَوْمٌ جَعَلَهُ اللهُ لَكُمْ عِيدًا، فَاغْتَسِلُوا، وَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in one of the Friday sermons: 'O assembly of Muslims, this is a day which Allah has made a festival for you, so perform the ritual bath, and be diligent with the toothstick.'
