حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ الْعَكَّاوِيُّ، بِمَدِينَةِ عَكَّاءَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُنَخَّلُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حِمْيَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصُّبْحِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ غَزَا فِي الْبَحْرِ غَزْوَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ يَغْزُو فِي سَبِيلِهِ، فَقَدْ أَدَّى إِلَى اللهِ - تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى - طَاعَتَهُ كُلَّهَا وَطَلَبَ الْجَنَّةَ كُلَّ مَطْلَبٍ، وَهَرَبَ مِنَ النَّارِ كُلَّ مَهْرَبٍ

✧ Whoever goes on a sea expedition in the cause of Allah—and Allah knows best who goes in His cause—has fulfilled all of his obedience to Allah, Blessed and Exalted, sought Paradise in every pursuit, and fled from the Fire in every escape.
